Beware, Beware, BewareThis web site is just a front for a con man!!!!I contacted Jeff Le from Wa Scheduling & Estimating in regards to helping me with estimating and scheduling and giving me a bill of quantities for our house plans .Over the phone Jeff discussed with me how he was an estimater for over 14 years for Plunkett Homes and with his knowledge we would be able to save between 10 to 20 percent on a builders quote.I sent Jeff through all of my drawings and after 3 days he had contacted me saying they were finished and he would require payment of $715.00 before he would email them through, in good faith I paid Jeff Not expecting to get totally ripped off Jeff Li clearly has no qualifications in this areaEverything he sent us was useless unusable and completely incorrectAfter contacting Jeff to find out what went wrong he tried to charge me another $550 .00 as a variationJeff would not refund me or fix any of his dodgy work and would just hang up on me when I tried to contact him . STAY AWAY from JEFF LI and his business
