We employed Jason to do a cost estimate of our alteration and addition as we are owner builders. The document Jason produced is excellent, detailed, accurate and so helpful. Now, every time we get a quote, we have some comparison, and we can try to save money by bettering his estimates which have been very accurate so far. For the money paid to Jason, we would say it is excellent value and has given us some sense of security through the building process. Highly recommended.

I approached Jason to get a sanity check on my builder’s final price on a project home, which was higher than the original provisional sums for my site. Jason is helpful and easy to deal with, and he gave a quick look at the plans and pricing schedule, and provided an assessment that helped me in my decision making.I know that no estimate will be exactly match the actual cost or even the builder’s price for a range of factors, but I needed an independent eye. And that was Jason.
